What is an opportunity search?
It's an intelligent search engine that automatically finds, evaluates and prepares applications. Supports multiple types:
- Job search — Job listings for your profile
- Tenders — Public contracts and bids
- Grants — Public funding and calls
- Freelance — Projects on Upwork, Malt, Freelancer...
- Real estate — Properties matching your criteria
- B2B — Business partners, clients or suppliers
The automatic pipeline
Each search case follows a 4-phase pipeline that runs automatically:
- Intake — Collects opportunities from configured sources (RSS, APIs, portals...)
- Matching — AI evaluates each opportunity against your profile and assigns a score
- Adaptation — Generates adapted documents (CV, proposals, letters) for the best matches
- Application — Prepares the application with adapted documents ready for your review
Create a search case
- Go to 'Opportunity Search' in the panel
- Click 'New case' and select the search type
- Upload your profile documents (CV, cover letter, specifications...)
- Configure search sources and filtering criteria
Profile folders
Your documents are organized in folders that the system analyzes to understand your profile. AI automatically summarizes the content for precise matching.
You can sync folders with Google Drive or FTP. When you update a document, the system automatically regenerates the context.
Search sources
Configure where to get opportunities: RSS feeds, job portal APIs, public procurement systems, etc. Each source is queried according to the schedule you set.
Scheduling
Configure what time you want each operation (intake, matching, application) to run. The system schedules itself to work while you're away.
AI assigns a score from 0 to 100 to each opportunity. Only those that exceed your minimum score threshold move to the document adaptation phase.
