Available plans
MeigaHub offers different plans according to your needs. You can see plans and pricing on the pricing page. Each plan has different limits for servers, channels, rules and usage.
What does each plan limit?
Each plan defines limits for different resources:
- Number of LLM servers you can connect
- Available communication channels
- Active automation rules
- Opportunity search cases
- Daily messages to the assistant
- Storage space for documents
Check your usage
In the 'My Subscription' section of the panel you can see in real time how much you've used of each limit. Progress bars visually show your consumption.
Type /uso in the chat to see a quick summary of your current usage without opening the panel.
Change plan
You can upgrade your plan at any time from the subscription section. The change is immediate and the amount is prorated.
Billing
Payments are processed securely with Stripe. You can manage your payment methods and download invoices from the subscription section.
Do Not Disturb Mode
If you receive heartbeat monitoring alerts via Telegram, you can set a time window during which no notifications are sent. Alerts are held back and delivered once the quiet window ends.
- From: Start time of the quiet window (HH:MM format, e.g. 23:00).
- Until: End time of the quiet window (HH:MM format, e.g. 08:00). Can cross midnight.
- Timezone: Your local timezone so that the schedule is interpreted correctly.
