Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 August 2026
By accessing and using MeigaHub (hereinafter, «the Service»), operated by MeigaHub, S.L. (hereinafter, «the Provider»), you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
MeigaHub is an AI language model (LLM) orchestration platform that allows you to:
- Interact with AI models through chat, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, and other channels.
- Connect your own LLM servers or third-party cloud APIs for AI processing.
- Configure automation rules, opportunity searches, and integrated tools.
- Schedule tasks, reminders, searches, and process information through intelligent agents.
2. Service status and limitation of warranties
The Service is provided in its current version. This means:
- No continuous availability or service level agreement (SLA) is guaranteed.
- Features may change, be added or be removed. Substantial changes affecting paid plans are notified 30 calendar days in advance, in accordance with clause 3.
- Errors, interruptions, or data loss may occur.
- The Service is provided without a service level agreement (SLA). The Provider's liability is governed by the limitation of liability clause, without excluding liabilities that mandatory law does not allow to be limited.
3. Subscription Plans and Limits
MeigaHub offers various subscription plans (free and paid). Each plan establishes limits on:
- Maximum number of webhook clients and automation rules.
- Access to advanced features according to the subscribed plan.
- Maximum number of LLM servers connectable per account.
The Provider reserves the right to modify plan features and limits. In case of substantial changes to paid plans, affected users will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
3 bis. Transparency on the Use of Artificial Intelligence
MeigaHub is an artificial intelligence agent platform. In compliance with the European AI Act (Regulation EU 2024/1689, Art. 50):
- The platform's chats (panel assistant, public campaign chats, embeddable website chats and departmental chatbots) are operated by artificial intelligence systems and are identified as such at the start of the interaction.
- AI-generated content (blog articles, campaign emails and messages drafted by the assistant) is identified with a visible notice and/or machine-readable marking.
- Messages and notices the assistant sends to users within the platform (message inbox and notification emails) may be generated by artificial intelligence under the supervision of the MeigaHub team.
Customers embedding MeigaHub chats or generated content into their own channels act as deployers of those systems; MeigaHub ships the required notices and markings by default to support their compliance.
These AI notices are required by law and form an inseparable part of the Service: MeigaHub does not disable or remove them even at the user's request. If the user hides, removes or alters them on their own (via CSS, JavaScript, code editing, forwarding the content or any other means), the user exclusively assumes the role of deployer and the full legal consequences of that breach, leaving MeigaHub free and exempt from any liability, penalty or claim arising therefrom.
4. Billing and Cancellation
Billing for plans and services is active. Card payments are processed through the bank card terminal described below, MeigaHub issues the invoice and you can download it from your panel. There are no automatic recurring charges: every payment requires an action on your part.
Payments are processed through an authorised payment gateway, whose identity is shown during checkout and on the pricing page. MeigaHub never stores the full card number.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, as chosen by the user.
- Annual subscriptions include a discount over the equivalent monthly price, as detailed on the pricing page.
- MeigaHub does not perform automatic recurring charges. Should automatic renewal be enabled in the future, users will be expressly informed before contracting and their consent will be obtained.
- Where a plan is paid and subject to automatic renewal, MeigaHub will give email notice at least 15 days before each annual renewal, in accordance with Article 97.1.p) TRLGDCU.
- Users may cancel their plan at any time from their dashboard, without penalty or additional charges (Art. 62.3 TRLGDCU). After cancellation, access continues until the end of the period already paid for. If cancellation cannot be applied due to a technical issue, writing to the contact address is enough for us to process it.
- Prices include applicable VAT. MeigaHub issues the invoice for each charge, downloadable from the user dashboard. Documents issued before a charge are pro-forma and identified as such: they have no tax validity.
Should a charge fail, MeigaHub will inform the user by email and allow a period to resolve it before suspending the plan. The number of retries, if any, depends on the payment gateway and will be stated in that notice.
Subscribing to a paid plan requires legal capacity to contract under Article 1263 of the Spanish Civil Code: 18 years of age or an emancipated minor with legal authorization. Use of the Free plan is available to users aged 14 and over, in accordance with Article 7 of the LOPDGDD.
Card payments are not made by MeigaHub but by the payment institution operating the gateway active at the time: Comercia Global Payments Entidad de Pago, S.L. (Spanish tax ID B65466997), supervised by the Bank of Spain and for which CaixaBank, S.A. acts as agent, through the technical platform of Redsys Servicios de Procesamiento, S.L.; or Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Your card details are entered directly in the gateway’s own environment and MeigaHub never sees or stores them. These entities process payment data as controllers in their own right; the details are in the Privacy Policy.
5. Right of Withdrawal
This clause applies to paid subscriptions and services. While MeigaHub has not enabled billing there is no amount paid and, consequently, no refund or withdrawal from an onerous contract applies.
In accordance with Articles 102 to 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU, Spanish Consumer Protection Act), the user has the right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without the need to provide any reason and without any penalty.
However, as this is a digital service that is executed immediately, the user acknowledges and accepts the following conditions upon subscribing:
- Upon completing the subscription, the user expressly requests that the service begins immediately during the withdrawal period.
- The user acknowledges that, once the service has been fully performed during the corresponding period, they will lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 103.a TRLGDCU).
- If the user exercises the right of withdrawal before the service period is completed, they shall pay an amount proportional to the service already provided (Art. 108.4 TRLGDCU), calculated in calendar days.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must communicate their decision unambiguously (for example, by email to hola@meigahub.com or through the subscription panel). MeigaHub will process the corresponding refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the communication, using the same payment method used by the user.
Digital content generated during service use (conversations, adapted documents, configurations) is not refundable once consumed, without prejudice to GDPR data portability rights.
6. Refund Policy
This clause applies to paid subscriptions and services. While MeigaHub has not enabled billing there is no amount paid and, consequently, no refund or withdrawal from an onerous contract applies.
Outside the 14-day withdrawal period, the following refund policy applies:
Monthly Subscriptions
No refunds are issued for the current monthly period. Upon cancellation, the user retains access to the plan until the end of the paid month. No cancellation penalties apply.
Annual Subscriptions
No partial refunds are issued for unconsumed months of the annual plan. Upon cancellation, the user retains access to the plan until the end of the paid year. The user may choose not to renew at expiration without penalty.
Trial Periods
Free trial periods incur no charge. When the trial ends the account automatically returns to the Free plan: MeigaHub does not start any charge without an express purchase by the user.
The Provider reserves the right to grant exceptional refunds at its discretion in cases of demonstrable technical error or substantial breach of service by MeigaHub. Exceptional refund requests should be directed to hola@meigahub.com.
6 bis. Specialist Services — Hour Packs
MeigaHub offers specialist hour packs as an additional one-time payment service (non-recurring). These packs allow the user to receive personalized assistance from an assigned technical specialist.
Scope
Each pack includes a defined number of specialist work hours. Hours are consumed as the assigned specialist logs work sessions. Unused hours within the pack's validity period are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Pricing and payment
Pack prices are displayed on the pricing page with VAT included. Payment is made in full at the time of purchase through the enabled payment gateway, which is identified during checkout. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewal.
Card payments are processed by an entity outside MeigaHub: Comercia Global Payments Entidad de Pago, S.L. (Spanish tax ID B65466997), a payment institution supervised by the Bank of Spain for which CaixaBank, S.A. acts as agent, through the technical platform of Redsys Servicios de Procesamiento, S.L.; or Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. when that is the active gateway. MeigaHub never sees or stores card details: they are entered directly in the gateway's own environment. How these entities process payment data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Validity
Each pack has a defined validity period (indicated in the pack description, typically 30 to 90 days). Unused hours at expiration are forfeited without right to refund.
Work sessions
Sessions are logged in minimum 30-minute blocks. The specialist documents each session with a description, category, and date. The user can review session details in their panel ("My Services").
Account access
By purchasing a pack, the user expressly authorizes the assigned specialist to access their MeigaHub account in a limited capacity and exclusively to deliver the contracted service. The specialist operates under a confidentiality obligation.
Right of withdrawal
When buying a pack, the user expressly requests that the service start immediately, without waiting for the 14 calendar days to elapse. That request is collected before completing the purchase through a checkbox the user actively ticks, and it is recorded.
Requesting immediate start does not cancel the right of withdrawal: it is retained for the 14 calendar days of Art. 102 TRLGDCU. Under Art. 103(a), the right is extinguished only once the service has been performed in full, that is, once every hour in the pack has been consumed.
Pack refunds
Within those 14 days the user may withdraw from their panel or by sending the withdrawal form. If no hours have been delivered, the refund is complete. If hours have been delivered, the part proportional to what was already delivered is deducted and the remainder refunded (Art. 108.4 TRLGDCU). The refund is made by the same means of payment and within 14 calendar days of the notification at the latest (Art. 107.1). After the withdrawal period, or once all hours are exhausted, no refund applies.
7. User LLM Servers
Users may connect their own LLM servers to the Service. By doing so, the user accepts that:
- They are solely responsible for their server, its configuration, maintenance, and the content generated by their models.
- The server must be their legitimate property or they must have authorization to use it.
- The number of connectable servers depends on the contracted plan, with an absolute maximum of 10 per account, extendable on request.
- They must not use the provided network access for purposes other than LLM connection with MeigaHub.
- The Provider may deactivate or remove servers that compromise system stability or security.
8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
The following uses of the Service are strictly prohibited:
- Generating, distributing, or storing illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, violent content, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Creating malicious automations, spam, phishing, identity impersonation, or any form of fraud.
- Attempting to access servers, data, or resources belonging to other users.
- Performing network scans, denial-of-service attacks (DoS/DDoS), or any activity that compromises the infrastructure.
- Sharing access credentials or connection keys with unauthorized third parties.
- Using the Service for activities related to child exploitation, terrorism, illegal substance trafficking, or any activity penalized under Spanish or European law.
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or rate-limiting mechanisms of the Service.
- Using the platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or third parties.
9. Violation Classification
Violations of these Terms are classified into the following severity levels:
- Minor: Minor breaches of usage rules, such as careless use of automations without harmful intent.
- Moderate: Repeated spam, ongoing breaches of usage rules, or abuse of system resources.
- Severe: Malicious automations, identity impersonation, third-party privacy violations, or fraud.
- Critical: Illegal content, criminal activities, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or any conduct penalized by law.
10. Enforcement and Sanctions Policy
MeigaHub applies a differentiated enforcement policy based on plan type:
Free Plan — Zero Tolerance
Any violation detected on free plan accounts, regardless of severity, will result in immediate account suspension. Access will be automatically blocked until the issue is resolved.
Paid Plans — Graduated Enforcement
- Minor violations: a formal warning will be issued. In case of repeat offenses, functionality restrictions will be applied.
- Moderate violations: warning with possible restriction. If two or more open violations accumulate, the account will be suspended.
- Severe or critical violations: immediate account suspension, without prejudice to any applicable legal actions.
Measures the Provider may take include:
- Warning: Formal communication of the detected violation, which is recorded in the account history.
- Restriction: Temporary limitation of specific features (automations, channels, tools).
- Suspension: Complete blocking of account access. The user will not be able to log in until the issue is resolved.
- Termination: Permanent deletion of the account and all associated data. Reserved for extremely severe violations or serious repeat offenses.
11. Appeals Procedure
Users who receive a sanction may submit an appeal through the contact channels indicated in these Terms. The procedure is as follows:
- The user will have a reasonable period to present their arguments in writing.
- The Provider will review the appeal and issue a reasoned decision.
- If the appeal is upheld, the sanction will be lifted and account access will be restored. If it is rejected, the sanction will remain in effect.
Filing an appeal does not automatically suspend the imposed sanction, unless the Provider deems it appropriate.
12. Intellectual Property
Regarding generated content:
- Texts generated by AI models have no recognized authorship under Spanish law.
- Users retain rights over content they introduce (prompts, files, documents).
- MeigaHub does not claim ownership of content generated by user models.

- Modify subscription plan prices, notifying subscribed paid plan users at least 30 calendar days in advance (Art. 62.4 TRLGDCU). The user may cancel before the price change takes effect.
- Add, modify, or discontinue Service features. For substantial changes that significantly reduce the offerings of a paid plan, users will be notified 30 days in advance.
14. Liability
The Service is provided «as is». The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of responses generated by AI models. The user is responsible for verifying information obtained before making decisions based on it. Under no circumstances shall the Provider be liable for damages arising from content generated by AI models owned by the user.
For paid plans, the Provider's total cumulative liability to the user shall in no event exceed the amount actually paid by the user during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, loss of business opportunities, and any consequential damages are expressly excluded. This limitation does not apply where mandatory law does not permit limiting liability.
15. Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MeigaHub, S.L., its collaborators, and service providers against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) the user's use of the Service, (b) content generated through the user's AI models, (c) the user's breach of these Terms, or (d) infringement of third-party rights.
16. Force Majeure
The Provider shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, power or telecommunications outages, infrastructure provider failures, labour disputes, government actions, pandemics, mass cyberattacks, or regulatory changes. In such cases, the affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is declared null, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall retain their full validity and effect. The affected provision shall be interpreted in the manner closest to its original intent that is valid.
