MeigaHub has not yet completed the formal incorporation of its legal entity. This document is published for informational purposes only and is non-binding until the Provider activates and publishes its legal data on this same site. No contracts, billing or binding signatures are accepted in the meantime.
In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following information about the owner of this website is made available to users.

2. Purpose of the website
MeigaHub is an intelligent assistant platform with integrated tools (web search, automations, social media management, content generation, among others). The service allows users to connect their own AI servers or cloud APIs to use the assistant's capabilities.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of this website, including texts, images, logos, icons, software and graphic design, are the property of MEP Spain or third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Unless expressly authorised, the following is prohibited:
- Reproducing, copying, distributing or making the contents publicly available without authorisation.
- Modifying, transforming or creating derivative works.
- Using the contents for commercial purposes without prior consent.
- Removing, circumventing or manipulating copyright notices or any protection mechanisms.
4. Liability
MEP Spain does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and shall not be liable for any damages arising from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns or disconnections, nor for damages caused by unauthorised third-party intrusions. MEP Spain reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service without prior notice.
5. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user's domicile (for consumers under Spanish consumer protection law) or, where applicable, to the courts of the owner's domicile.
