Terms of purchase
Subject: Purchase of a MeigaHub specialist hour pack for configuration, optimization, training or support within the client platform.
Validity: 90 calendar days from purchase date. Unused hours within this period are considered consumed.
Sessions: Minimum 30 minutes per session. Billed in 15-minute increments. Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 CET.
Tracking: The specialist logs each session in the panel. The client can check consumption in real time from "My Services".
Account access: By purchasing, you accept that a MeigaHub specialist accesses your account to perform the contracted work, under Art. 6.1.b GDPR (contract performance).
Withdrawal: Right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days (Art. 102 TRLGDCU). If you request service start before the deadline, consumed hours are deducted from the refund (Art. 103.a and 108.4 TRLGDCU).
Price: Final price VAT included. An invoice with tax breakdown will be issued.

- All prices shown include applicable VAT.
- Businesses from other EU countries with a VIES-validated VAT number: invoice without VAT (reverse charge); the net amount is charged.
- Customers outside the EU: not subject to Spanish VAT; the net amount is charged. Any taxes in your own country are your responsibility.
- Right of withdrawal: 14 calendar days from subscription with proportional refund (Art. 102 TRLGDCU).
- Subscribing to a paid plan requires legal capacity to contract (18 years or older, or emancipated minor).
- By subscribing you accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
- Cross-border complaints (EU, Norway and Iceland): European Consumer Centre in Spain — portal-cec.consumo.gob.es
- Each subscription is paid per period (monthly or yearly). If the chosen payment method supports automatic renewal, you will be told so expressly before contracting; otherwise you will get a notice before expiry so you can renew it yourself. You can cancel anytime from your subscription panel, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Accepted payment methods: Visa and Mastercard cards, through the Comercia Global Payments (CaixaBank) virtual terminal on the secure Redsys platform, with strong customer authentication (3-D Secure). Card details are entered directly in the bank environment: MeigaHub never sees or stores them.
