Terms of purchase
Subject: Purchase of a MeigaHub specialist hour pack for configuration, optimization, training or support within the client platform.
Validity: 90 calendar days from purchase date. Unused hours within this period are considered consumed.
Sessions: Minimum 30 minutes per session. Billed in 15-minute increments. Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 CET.
Tracking: The specialist logs each session in the panel. The client can check consumption in real time from "My Services".
Account access: By purchasing, you accept that a MeigaHub specialist accesses your account to perform the contracted work, under Art. 6.1.b GDPR (contract performance).
Withdrawal: Right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days (Art. 102 TRLGDCU). If you request service start before the deadline, consumed hours are deducted from the refund (Art. 103.a and 108.4 TRLGDCU).
Price: Final price VAT included. An invoice with tax breakdown will be issued.
