Automation rules

Create automated rules that work for you: configurable triggers, actions and deliveries.

How do they work?

Automation rules follow the Trigger → Action → Delivery pattern. You define when it activates, what it does and where it delivers the result.

Triggers

What causes the rule to activate:

  • Cron — Time-based schedule (every X hours, daily, weekly...)
  • Email — When an email arrives that matches certain filters
  • RSS — When new articles are published in an RSS feed
  • Webhook — When an external webhook is received
  • Opportunity found — When a new opportunity is found in your searches
  • Previous rule completed — When another rule finishes, allowing you to chain workflows

Actions

  • Search for news and trends on the web
  • Write and publish blog posts automatically
  • Post on social media
  • Send a summary or notification
  • Generate an image with AI
  • Run an opportunity search

Deliveries

Choose where the result goes. You can add multiple destinations — if one fails, the rest continue:

  • Telegram — Direct message to your Telegram channel
  • WhatsApp — Message to your configured WhatsApp
  • Email — Email via SMTP
  • Chat — Message in the panel's web chat
  • Desktop (PC) — Toast notification on your Windows PC (requires Desktop Agent installed and active)
  • Webhook — HTTP POST to an external URL
  • Social media — Post on connected networks (Mastodon, Bluesky, X, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Blog — Publish as a blog article (admin only)
  • Profile folder — Save the generated document in a profile folder for reuse
Notifications on your desktop

With the Desktop Agent linked, you can receive the results of your rules as Windows notifications. Ideal for urgent alerts, morning summaries or opportunity alerts. Set up your agent in Panel → My Desktop Agent.

Create a rule

You can create rules in two ways:

  1. From the panel: Go to 'Automations' → 'New rule' and configure in the form
  2. From the chat: Say something like 'Create a rule that every morning searches for AI news and sends them to me via Telegram'
  3. Configure the trigger, actions and delivery
  4. Activate the rule and let it work for you
Create them just by talking

The assistant can create, modify and delete automation rules directly from the chat in natural language. Just tell it what you want to automate.

Chain rules

Use the 'Previous rule completed' trigger to create pipelines where the result of one rule feeds the next.

Parallel execution

Rules support parallel action execution for more complex flows. Independent actions run simultaneously for greater speed.
