Under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Consumer Protection Act), you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

Important information

Deadline: 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (Art. 102 TRLGDCU).
Subscriptions: If you have used the service during the withdrawal period, a proportional amount will be charged (Art. 108.4 TRLGDCU).
Service packs: If you requested immediate service start and consumed hours, the hours used will be deducted. If you expressly waived the right of withdrawal for immediate start (Art. 103.a TRLGDCU), refund may not be applicable for consumed hours.
Refund deadline: Maximum 14 days from receipt of this request (Art. 107 TRLGDCU).
Refund method: Same payment method used for the purchase (Art. 107.1 TRLGDCU).
